Linda Hoyt Leader founded Hi-Beam in 2009. She has extensive IT experience as a computer systems engineer with both Tandy Corporation and Electronic Data Systems. She is a serial entrepreneur and technologist with in depth research skills. Linda possesses a BA degree in Economics with a minor in Business from St Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN.

We have access to the wide-ranging talent pool necessary to tackle the toughest business challenges. Hi-Beam was formed in 2009 and was initially focused on IT and web design. It quickly evolved into a broader management consulting firm and ultimately into advisory and interim services. Hi-Beam consultants have worked with a broad swath of manufacturing firms to develop specific business strategies to propel their growth. We have provided the expertise to implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles into both the factory floor and front office operations. Managing Partner

Christopher R. Leader is the Managing Partner of Hi-Beam and leads our team. Chris has over 35 years of executive experience with a number of major corporations, including as a Private Equity CEO and President of an industry leading multi-national corporation. He possesses a BSME from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA with high distinction, and the Henry Ford II Award, from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
